Mark fitted a new boiler for me, he advised me on the type of boiler I should have and made me feel confident of my choices. He carried out the work in a very efficient manner and left my home clean and tidy. I would be happy to recommend Mark, I was so pleased.

Mark attended my Dads house on the day I called him, just before Christmas, even though it was late and we’d never previously met. He had to condemn the boiler but only decided this after considering all other avenues and fully explaining the reasons why. He completed a professional quote and started the work straight after Christmas, a few days later. As my Dad had been a trained plumber as a youth, Mark found a whole host of issues that caused him some problems to solve. He worked 5 long days and I fully expected that he wouldn’t be able to stick to his quote. I was amazed when he invoiced me for the exact quoted price even though I could see there were several peices of additional equipment he’d had to buy and install. I was working closely with an experienced estate agent at the time and he thought Marks quote and work were second to none. I sometimes worry about recommending people but will not hesitate where Mark is concerned. He is experienced, professional, honest and highly qualified.

Mark was prompt at responding to my request for work to be completed. In addition he was excellent at communicating with me prior to the job…great service. The job was completed on time, and to a high progressional standard. Definitely someone who takes pride in his work. I was impressed by his work and customer service and will be asking Mark to quote me for some more work. Would highly recommend.

What a refreshing change! When my oil boiler refused to start I nervously started to look for a local company that could help. Couldn’t believe my luck when Mark appeared and did a great job from start to finish. Mark replaced an unsafe back boiler central heating system and replaced this with a combi boiler and radiators throughout our property. His work is of an exceptionally high standard, he relayed any carpets taken up and kept the house very tidy during these works. We highly recommend him and have done to few friends of ours.
